Kihachi - Lacquered Serving chopsticks (black) 喜八 (漆)

Established 400 years ago, Kihachi is renowned for their very traditional, technical approach to their craftsmanship. They use a potter's wheel to create a very thin, delicate distinctive finish. Kihachi has always endeavoured to improve their products and have often adopted modern aesthetics.

These serving chopsticks made from wood with a thiner coating of lacquer so the wood grain is pronounced, very light wood and sand back every corners so it's nice and soft to handled.  It's a great item for dressing up the dinner table.

Enjoy using craftsman products from Japan.
