Bamboo strainer 竹ざる

Great for straining vegetables or soba noodles. 

It's made using a traditional technique and experienced craftsmanship. This strong tight weave strainer has the edge of each bamboo slither trimmed to avoid frays and not damage your vegetables and noodles when used. 

Every time before you use, wash lightly and shake off excess water. After use, wash it with a scrubbing brush (or a toothbrush is perfect for this) with soap and warm water, wipe well and ideally stand dry overnight. Store in a dry area.
