Kintsugi workshop with NZ leading fashion brand - Kowtow.

so dreamy...
It was wonderful to meet the Gosia who owns the Kowtow and her team. They came down to thanks to media in Auckland for supporting their brand.
It was such a great thing to involved and met lovely people there.
Kintsugi is the ancient Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer dusted with golden powder. This philosophical and practical art echoes Kowtow's value in sustainability. This is a similar philosophy of wabi-sabi culture which means embracing of flawed or imperfect. Finding beauty in what has been old and broken.
